Kipp grew up in North Dakota. He gained his extensive sales experience from many years of marketing and sales in pharmacy software across the United States. Kipp has recently moved back to the state from California where he managed a multi-national sales territory including Guam and Saipan. He also belonged to Reading Partners, an organization involved in one-on-one reading to under-privileged children.
When not helping people find their dream home, Kipp likes mountain biking, snow skiing, racketball and traveling.
