Lyn Dwyer has recently joined Prudential LRES Realty as Associate Broker and Residential Sales Manager. The announcement was made by Daryl Braham, Broker and CEO of Prudential LRES Realty.

Lyn will be responsible for the overall management of the residential sales team at both 1402 43rds St S and 2000 44th St S location.

Lyn is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a director for the North Dakota Association of Realtors where she is active in several state level committees. She belongs to the Minnesota Association of Realtors and is an enthusiastic member of the Fargo Moorhead Area Association of Realtors chairing several committees. Lyn is a dynamic force in her community and is a member of the FM Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate of the Leadership Moorhead program, has served on various committees for the Moorhead Public Schools and is an active member of her church where she is involved in choir, several committees, Women of the ELCA and is a past council member.

Lyn graduated from Northwestern College in Roseville, MN with her Associate of Arts, Vocational, Bible degree. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in Business Education and has earned her GRI designation through the National Association of Realtors. She has been a real estate agent for over 20 years and has her broker’s license in both North Dakota and Minnesota. Lyn joined Prudential in April, coming from another prominent area real estate office where she was a real estate agent for over 15 years and proved to be a valuable asset. She is a top-producing agent and is a member of the Multi-million Dollar Club through Prudential Affiliates.
